On December 16, 2016, Highway 99E was closed for several hours after a car travelling northbound on Highway 99E crossed into southbound traffic and collided with a southbound vehicle. A 7 year of boy in the northbound car was ejected from the vehicle and was critically injured. He was flown to OHSU where he was treated for head and spinal injuries.

An 11 year of boy in the northbound car was also transported to OHSU and a man and woman in the southbound car were taken by ambulance to Salem Hospital.
Unfortunately, highway speed collisions are too common and are often devastating both physically and emotionally. If you, or a loved one, have been in such a collision it is important that you find a personal injury attorney who can protect you and your rights in your time of need.

Jonathan Hess went above and beyond to get results for my case. It was not easy by any means. I cant thank this law firm enough for all of your extensive time and effort throughout the last two years. It definitely paid off to give Adams, Hill & Hess a call when I truly didn't know where to turn. I am BEYOND satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend Jonathan Hess to anyone in need! Thanks again guys! You knocked it out of the park!
