Daniel A. Hill

Attorney

Raised in West Virginia, Mr. Hill returned to his family roots in the Northwest and married a north-eastern Oregon farm girl.   Before becoming an attorney, he was a building contractor.  When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his six grandkids teaching them construction skills in his many home projects.

Mr. Hill maintains an active trial practice and has litigated injury claims for clients in counties throughout Oregon and Washington.  He exclusively represents injured parties, seeking justice in all aspects of claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, with emphasis on auto, trucking and motorcycle claims, nursing home neglect claims and first-party disputes with insurance companies.  In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Hill provides pro bono services to local charitable and non-profit organizations as well as various national organizations, including the Alliance Defending Freedom and the Rutherford Institute.

Mr. Hill loves helping people at critical junctures of their lives.  As a lawyer, his greatest source of satisfaction is helping injured clients so they can move forward with their lives.  Mr. Hill especially enjoys working on difficult issues and knows that there is no substitute for thorough preparation which maximizes opportunities for resolution, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

3. Negotiate

Prior to litigation, your attorney will negotiate with the insurance company in an attempt to recover the compensation/damages to which you are entitled.

4. Litigate

If negotiations with the insurance company do not result in the best outcome for you, your attorney will litigate your case before the appropriate court or agency.
