Interstate 84 bus crash: Lawsuit filed by 12 individuals accuses State of Oregon and ODOT of negligence

A lawsuit filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court accuses a tour bus operator, driver, the State of Oregon and the Oregon Department of Transportation of negligence in the worst bus crash in Oregon in nearly 50 years. The lawsuit is seeking more than $800 million in damages for 12 individuals.
