Ned Arenberg
Attorney
Ned Arenberg was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area. He went to college at a small liberal arts college (Guilford College) in Greensboro. NC. When he graduated in 2005 with a bachelor of science degree, he moved to Oregon to pursue law school. Ned would ultimately graduate law school at the University of Oregon in 2008. He then passed the bar and settled into a litigation practice that year. Ned has substantial experience in workers’ compensation and civil litigation.
Ned began working for a civil defense firm for several years in 2008, and began working in workers’ compensation law in 2011. Ever since, Ned has effectively maintained a workers’ compensation practice. Ned comes to the firm from a defense background, having worked for SAIF corporation, Oregon’s largest workers’ compensation insurer, as well as stints in private practice and for a prominent national insurance company.
Throughout his career, Ned has worked with virtually every insurance company and third-party administrators operating in Oregon. Ned has an excellent reputation, and having worked for the insurance companies, he knows how they work and will not be fooled by their maneuvers. He will leverage his insider knowledge and skill in pursuit of the benefits you richly deserve. Ned is well versed in how Oregon Workers’ Compensation insurers like to deny claims, maybe even claims that are legally entitled to benefits, which has an enormous impact on an injured worker and their family. Insurers leverage the complexity of Oregon Workers’ Compensation rules and procedures, often using Insurer Medical Evaluations to justify their denied benefit decisions. It is critical to have an aggressive and experienced Workers’ Compensation attorney on your side. Ned has ample skill and expertise to assist with your claim.
